Your Wednesday Boost

Your Wednesday Boost is an offer of recurrent mindfulness sessions for researchers and spouses at AU to improve and boost your wellbeing.

Your Wednesday Boost sessions have been carefully prepared for international and Danish staff at Aarhus University and their accompanying partners. These aim at improving and boosting the participants’ wellbeing through online and physical sessions facilitated by the Danish Center of Mindfulness

These sessions are free to attend, but registration is mandatory, for every session.

The session

These one-hour sessions take place via Zoom. During the sessions, an MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and yoga facilitator will guide you through different techniques and exercises that will help you reduce your stress, increase your motivation, concentration, and awareness, boost your resilience and improve your overall wellbeing.
