This workshop is facilitated by the Living Institute Copenhagen. The format is a 3-hour session that focuses on cross-cultural collaboration within the Aarhus University context and the benefits of cultural diversity and inclusion.

Danish AU staff members are attend together with AU International staff members (this includes both administrative and research staff).

Participants learn practical tools and strategies on how to work and act ‘culturally intelligent’ when collaborating cross-culturally in order to enhance performance and work satisfaction within an international environment.

The Facilitator: The workshop facilitator is Living Institute’s Chief Consultant, Kasper Jelsbech Knudsen. Kasper’s passion lies in promoting cultures of inclusion. He specializes in inclusive leadership, advancing gender parity, unconscious bias mitigation, and cross-culture as well as disciplinary collaborations. He holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Aarhus University.
