Opening Hours during the Holidays
All service functions at the International Staff Office are closed from 22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024.

From and including 22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024 all service functions at the International Staff Office are closed. This also applies to most other service functions at Aarhus University; therefore it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you need the help of your HR supporter, the salary office or other service functions at AU.
Dokk1 Citizen Service
The Dokk1 Citizen Service in Aarhus is closed on
- 24-26 December
- 30-31 December
The remaining days between Christmas and New Year’s Eve opening hours are as normal.
