Opening Hours during the Holidays
All service functions at the International Staff Office are closed from 23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025.
International Staff Office
From 23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025, both dates included, all service functions at the International Staff Office are closed. This also applies to most other service functions at Aarhus University. Therefore it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you need the help of your HR supporter, the salary office or other service functions at AU.
Dokk1 Citizen Service
The Dokk1 Citizen Service in Aarhus is closed on
- 24-26 December
- 31 December
The remaining days between Christmas and New Year’s Eve opening hours are as normal.

SIRI branch offices are closed on
