EPP Services and Events
The EPP services and events aim at supporting you in what is important to you to thrive in Denmark.
Your priorities and wishes are our point of departure, and our overall goal is to make your move to and stay in Denmark a fulfilling experience. Our services and events are available in all stages of your transition to a life and career (if applicable) in Denmark - and throughout your partner’s employment at Aarhus University.
Introduction Meeting
Upon your registration for the programme, we’ll invite you to an introduction meeting. The meeting serves as a mutual introductory where we can learn more about you and your wishes. We will also give you more information about available services and suggestions on your next step. If possible, we recommend that we have the introduction meeting before you arrive to Denmark.
1:1 Sessions
You are always welcome to book us for a 1:1 appointment. The topic of the appointment is up to you and your needs, whether that is help finding your path, career counselling, introduction to social and professional networks, support resources, volunteering opportunities or a combination of the mentioned.

Career Services
Our Career Services cover individual assistance in your job search – including labor market introduction, CV and cover letter feedback, job interview prep., personal profile test, etc. We also host career events and workshops and offer access to various networks and a mentor programme. Social Networking Events
Throughout the year, we host various social networking events, and every Monday we invite you to join us for the informal and social coffee meeting; Monday Meeting. Read more about the Monday Meeting and keep an eye on our event calendar for upcoming social network events.
EPP Open Concept
“Our” Expat Partners have endlessly many skills, talents and a lot of wisdom.
EPP Open Concept is a workshop concept and framework. The idea behind Open Concept is to make it easy for you to host a workshop for fellow expat partners on a topic of your insight and enthusiasm. For more information and to start the planning, please book us for an appointment.
EPP Event Calendar

EPP Event @Musikhuset
1-2 times a year, we invite all AU Expat Partners to join us for a show/play at Musikhuset (Concert Hall Aarhus). EPP Event @Musikhuset is a fun night out in great company with fabulous entertainment.
